Nightmare of a house killing me
In my dream me my boyfriend and his mother and some random father figure that isn't my boyfriends father I have no idea who he is.. buys a house to move into.. but then things start going wrong like finding out that there are flies everywhere and people are starting to question if it was a good idea to buy the house. Then the technology goes weird like the house is listening like on the phone you think your adding a friend on Facebook but really it's the same girl as the add on an itunes page.. and the house is changing the technology to try to listen to what you say and watch you through your phone cameras.. . And in the dream the house is trying to kill us or something.. . and it is tricking us with things.. I don't know what this dream means but I woke up scared.

Excellent plot for a movie. Start writing it down and enlarging on it. Actually there is a movie in which a woman is trapped in a house that for starters, raises the temperature to unbearable levels. I guess it's not new. I think I read about it here under the Movie category.

Dreams don't 'mean' anything that they don't mean to you alone. They are just a jumble of events out of your life, glued together into seemingly meaningless order. And we often substitute total strangers for roles played by people close to us. This might help keep us from being so anxious that we wake up, but no one really knows yet the purpose of dreams. We only know that when people are deprived of dream sleep (REM sleep), they hallucinate and go temporarily crazy.

There is a TV commercial that creeps me out a little... it's selling a phone app that does simple tasks around the house, like lights and thermostats, and the people in the house are trying to hide if from their robot, who keeps spying on them.
