Hi I am 22 yrs old... I'm having thick white discharge and cramping... when I pee and push the discharge out (I can feel it come and it sinks to the bottom) the cramps are relieved... I've had abnormal cell readings from coloposcopy but not cancer... I have frequent kidney problems... ive had the same sexual partner for three yrs.. I have recently taken antibiotics but no itching or foul smell... I also have a bartholins cyst that I have to drain every so often but fluid is clear... can you tell me what's wrong and if I should be worried?

It might be a yeast infection but that usually comes with a smell and more of a cottage cheese smell. Have you talked to your doctor about it? It doesn't sound like it is worrying, but you're concerned so it should be a question for your doctor. They're better at explaining what is going on, just tell him EXACTLY what you wrote here.
