I have a toilet with an offset of 226mm from the wall to the middle of the pipe. My options are very limited in regards to toilets fitting that measurement, a sales person in the hardware shop recommended I use an adaptable adaptor to increase the offset from 170mm to 226mm, if I do this, will the toilet still work properly or will I get myself into trouble in the future by doing this?
