It won't start.

The problem appears top be that it doesn't close right. You have to press hard to close it. It doesn't click as it should. Then it sticks when you try to open it.

You will have to adjust the switch and lock on the door. Here are some manuals:

These manuals should tell you what you need to know. Once you get to the lock and switch you will be able to see what to do. Some of the manuals are for older models, but they have not changed that much in 10 years. Make sure to turn the power off before working on it. Good luck.
