I have a white gold?sterling silver bracelet with the number 751 stamped on the clasp. I was wondering if this is real? There's also small diamonds on bracelet... don't know if they're real either, but there's holes under the setting... does this mean anything?

If true gold or sterling it will be marked 10, 12 or 14kt for gold, sterling or .99 for sterling. 751 is possibly the manufacturer. Holes mean nothing. A jeweler will tell you.
