Hi
I have a 1 yr old king Charles he so loving and does lots of tricks but recently when we take him for walks and stop at road side are stop and talk to friends he whinn's all the time
He doesn't do it at home only when we out and stop he doesn't do it walking
Any ideas to stop this apart from ignore him

Yiou are going to have to ignore him. You stopping and talking is taking the attention away from him; he is objecting to it.

Ill try that and see if it works

Can tell you right now, of course he won't know you are ignoring him, just saying NO will not work either. You will just have to not stop and talk to people on the way if the whining bothers you.

I still have to stop at road side to cross and he still whinn's
