The motor should have a manufacturer and model #. Could be any brand, GE, Emerson, Dayton etc. Any good electrical supply shop should be able to help. "West Coast" means San Diego to Seattle, might want to narrow the area down for more help.

The collar that hold the fan shroud on, the set screw is stripped and no way to remove, otherwise I could rebuild myself

You can't pull the entire fan and case out of the heater? Usually just 4 screws. Then use an easyout , retap with a bigger screw and reinstall. Maybe I'm not quite understanding but I have done this many times.

Unless you have some special arrangement, open the air handler front. I an upflow heater, the motor and cage is mounted inside the fan case. Look at the top of the fan case. Can you see 4 hex head screws? If so, take the screws out and then slide the entire assembly out.
