Weird small spots on my arm
I woke up this morning and had these tiny bruise like marks on my arm. There are about 5 of them and they are reddish/purple. I'm trying to figure what they are. They weren't there last night. Does anyone know what it might be?

Depends on how old you are and how active you are at night, like rolling around and grabbing body parts.

My guess is you are over 50 like me and skin becomes thinner as we age. and blood vessels are closer to the surface because of this, therefore bruising is easier. My bruises don't look weird, I know what they are where they came from.

There might be a possibility that you have bed bugs.
Those sound like bed bug bites.
    Do you itch at night?
    Do the bites itch?
    Are the bites close together?
Are they reddish and maybe a little bubbly?
If you said yes to all of these you have bed bugs my friend I'm very sorry but they are extremely hard to get rid of.
Some times you might even have to move and leave EVERYTHING behind. Some times even the clothes on your back.

I cannot see the image, but one of the best indications of bed bugs are to lift the mattress and look around the edges of where the top and bottom mattress meet, near the seams. They like to hide, they like cracks and crevices, especially around the mattress... easy feeding while you sleep. You may not see the actual bugs, but the dark poo they leave behind... look for small black dots in groups... also the skins... Oh, just look at this link: 5 Signs of Bed Bugs in Your Home

Did you change your laundry soap ? Asking because some people have an allergic reaction to laundry soap.
