I had a miscarriage at 7 weeks. I am still currently bleeding but I have passed everything. Is it safe to start trying again after the bleeding stops? What are the risks if I get pregnant before my next period?

Some doctors will prefer that you wait a cycle or two, partly for physical healing and partly for emotional healing. From the physical side of it, many now feel that it isn't necessary to wait. You can always contact your doctor or midwife to ask about their preference.
