My toilet bowl is not refilling but the tank is. The little hole inside the bowl bubbles when flushed instead of pushing a stream of water to the waste line. Also there is some bubbling action when flushed at the top of the overflow tube. The plastic tube is connected to the overflow tube. Please help.

Sounds like you have something under the flush valve down in the back end of the rim. Pull the tank and check. Good luck, Tom
