I had a dirty UA while on the Travis County Smart Probation and my PO called to tell me I tested Positive for Meth. He said I could come in and pay to retest the UA and the cost was $45. Help!

Was there a reason for the positive test? Don't know what help can we give you, pay the $45 or accept the test.

I made a mistake, tried to use a cleaner and guess it didn't work.
Can I say I took some Sudafed or something with Amphetamine?

No, they hear that all the time. Just pay and get retested and get it over with.

Will they arrest me when I go in?

IF you're paying for a retest I don't see why they would. If this retest comes back as a fail then you're probably going to go back to jail. This is a conversation you really need to be having with your PO.
