Hello. I still breastfeed and recently got my period back after a yr and couple months. I been having it regular until October 20th I started bleeding again so I went to the emergency room and they said I have a 3cm ovarian cyst. On November 12th I started to bleed again so I went to the emergency room and they said I have a ruptured ovarian cyst. They discharged me and said follow up with obgyn. But that's in next 2wks. What can I do? Am scared. Can this kill me or cause infection? Can my ovary get twisted?

Ovarian cysts are very common. No, you won't die from a ruptured cyst, and chances are very slim, to almost none, that you will get an infection.
