What is not clear to me is whether this amount be added to the firm' balance sheet as a cash component of the growth?

Net Assets doesn't represent cash but potential cash flows. Net assets included fixed assets which are revenue producing but will not be realised in cash flows

Gross cash flow is 1,700,000. Net cash flow is $102,000 and will be represented within net assets so projected net assets becomes $1,292,000
