My son hurt himself doing a front flip on a trampoline. He says he thinks he hit his chin on his chest or sternum. He has had to take it easy for three weeks mostly precautionary but also because he had pain. He now has a bump pertruding from his chest/sternum area and is slightly tender to the touch. He had said ibuprofen made him feel better and really handled it so well that no er or dr. Visits have been made. He is a very active, athletic 11 year old.
