My boyfriend and I broke up. He has a truck that's in my name and he's the cosigner. He make the payments on the truck but we han an verbal agreement that if we were to separate he get the truck out of my name. Now he's saying that he's not, so can I take the truck being that I'm the owner so that I can sell it.

If your name is on the titie then it's your truck. You'll have to pay off the balance owed on the loan though - do you think you can get enough for it on the sale to pay off the loan?
