I have an aloe vera plant that's really big. It's falling over. What should I do?

Sure, repot it or just prop it up. They don't really require much more than lots of sun and occasional water.
Or pot any small shoots if any in small pots and give them as gifts. Just tear them off or out of the soil and they will be fine.
