Ignition module is shorted or one of the burner valve controls are. If it is 20+ yrs. old, replace it rather than pay someone to repair. To access the controls you need to remove the top of the stove.
Contact companies like this one https://www.theignitorstore.com/cata..._oven_igniters have your model # ready but parts are frequently universal
Somewhere on the stove is the model #. Without that you are basically lost. Craigslist has loads of stoves, probably cheaper than parts. I just bought a GE gas cooktop for $50, looks like new. Check for used appliance stores
The model number should be in or next to the oven, usually on the edge near the seal. Some of that type of range have a problem of the oven windows exploding into pieces. If you will find the model number we may be able to assist you further.
Slide out the drawer at the bottom under the oven door and if you do not see it there look under the cook top near the burners. If it's not there look at the bottom of the stove near the rear or at the rear bottom. There are about five places where they are found. See: http://www.repairclinic.com/RepairHe...en-Repair-Help
