Just bought a anew shower head and faucet, installed it and the hot water will not come up to hot only luke warm. Any solutions?

Sounds like your anti scald valve is turned way down. Pull face plate should be a valve adjustment slot turn left for hotter right for colder. Yor instalation sheet should show you where this adjustment is .
