Hi my names Jer-El I'm a Morrish American you probably haven't spoke to one of us before lol we have our own docters and mid wives in my area there isn't any available to us so that's why I'm here. My wife is 25 weeks pregnant were both vegan only eat fruits and veggies and only drink water its against our nationality to eat meats dairy products soy tofu etc. its also against our nationality to take blood take meds and get shots. I was a little worried last night I was feeling my wife's stomach and there a lot of movement going on lol should I be concerned or is this a part of his/her growing process Its not only certain times of the day its like all day every time I touch her stomach he pushes so hard her whole belly moves and it kind of freaks me out lol if there's anything I should do let me know thanks.

    Hello,

In most cases, plenty of movement is expected and fine. Some couples do tend to notice it a bit more when lying down and resting, or after a meal. It does take getting use to!

I understand your wife's diet restriction, but is she able to make sure that her nutrients are being covered, B12 for example, can be hard to come by in a strict vegan diet. This can be an issue as well with breastfeeding. Is she able to take a prenatal supplement, both now and when breastfeeding? There are some made specifically for vegans to take and it would be wise.

She will need and should be under a doctors care.

You may have to talk to several but will find one, that will agree to birthing, as you want. As noted many diet supplements can be used to help in diet issues.
