How can I fix a single faucet handle to correct position?
I have a single handle faucet that pours hot water when turned towards the cold position and turns cold when pointed towards the hot position. How can I correct this problem?

Hi bird of prey. I would suggest that you switch the faucet connectors underneath the sink. I would suggest that you take the hot line and put it into the cold shut off and take the cold line and put it into the hot shut off. That should straighten things out if I understand this...

On single handle units, if supplied with a cartridge, not a ball, you can rotate the cartridge stem 180 degrees and it will solve the problem.

It will help if you will tell us the brand/model number or a picture of your faucet, other wise follow Mark's and Ma0641 instructions, Thanks.

If you don't know brand name of the faucet, take a photo of it and post it for us. We will ID it for you.
