It is something I would talk to your doctor about but it isn't unheard of to be producing milk after a misscarriage or just randomly. It is a supply and demand thing so you should have dried up by now though. It points to a hormone unbalance.
I produce milk because the baby was born live and then died after a week that is the reason I produced milk because I breast fended for a week from there such milk didn't stop to leak up to now.

If the baby was born live, you didn't have a miscarriage. Having that baby in March, your milk supply should have dried up by now. You need to see a doctor to have your prolactin levels checked.
A miscarriage happens when a baby dies inside of the womb before the 24 week gestational age of viability.
My best guess is that your baby died of SIDS?
I am so very sorry for your loss.
What it means SIDS? I had pre eclampsia and was born in 26 weeks so I cant really tell what cause the death maybe incubation failure anyway doctor said is neonatal or something like that
Again, I am very sorry for your loss. A miscarriage happens when the baby dies inside of you before 24 weeks, after 24 weeks it's called a stillbirth or a fetal demise. At 26 weeks there is hope for survival, but it is slim. Your baby passed because most of it's organs weren't developed, primarily the lungs.
With that said, have you recently done a breast self exam? If so, were there any lumps? Either way, it's time for a visit to your doctor to determine why you still have breast milk. That should have dried up long ago.
