Okay so I am 18 year old male.

I have had this bump like thing on the back on my penis for awhile now and its really irritating me. I have had it for quite some time now and its freaking me out.


It is a "painless" bump and is very soft, but it does get hard when I become erect.
It is a "yellowish" skin color but right on the end of it, it has a black dot
It has NO pain and I am a virgin so I didn't get something "sexually".
Anyone have any ideas?
