2000 Honda Civic EX. I had the battery and starter checked,I put new cables on battery post. Still will not turn over. The car will not jump off but you can push the car to crank it.

2000 Honda civic ex. The battery and starter checks OK. Put new battery post on. Still will not turn over. The car will not jump off but will start by pushing the car off

. Check all under hood and under dash fuses with a test light or multi-meter.

. Check the ignition switch for wear, pitting, or melting.

Check the ground cable on the engine end. Make certain that it is clean and tight.

What is the result ? Curious
