    About push up
    Hi,
Every morning, when I get up from bed, I sit a short while and drink a little water and make push up exercise without warm up exercise. Is it good for health? I have no time to do push up exercise but the morning. If it is not good, please tell me how can I correct it ?

    Thank you

You are not waiting for your circulation to kick in by sitting on the bed, and then doing a strenuous exercise like push ups immediately.

You need to walk around for at least twenty minutes (cardio) until your body is prepared and your muscles are properly lubricated with blood.

There have been varying opinions, form what I have heard and read, about how much, if any, warm up should be done before exercise. How long have you been doing this?

If you have experience to adverse side effects I wouldn't worry too much about it. I would increase the variety of exercises you do and maybe start with a little cardio and then do static exercises.

Plus there is always time for morning exercise, it is called getting up a little earlier.

Push ups only help part of the body and you really need to have a more rounded exercise program
