    Performance control
    Hi

My bfriend is having some difficulty controlling his performance. Sometimes he comes too quickly, sometimes he has a little trouble maintaining erection. We are quite a new couple so I'm sure he's just nervous. Its also been a long time since his last girlfirend so I feel there might be something to do with being out of practise too...

Ive heard there are some things a girl can do to help with control. Can you tell me what they are? The more subtle the better, I'd hate him to feel even more embarrassed.

    Thanks very much.

    Practice makes perfect
Hi Zinnia, I'm a guy, and don't know about things women can do to control a mans ejaculation. Except silly things like that would turn him off. Use your imagination with that.
I always found that I couldn't the first time I slept with a girl. I just put it down to nerves, and I'm sure it works the same way with women too.
If you expect sex to be perfect every time, then your going to be disappointed.
Years ago, a girlfriend and I found out that we could make love / sex without having sex. It's a little silly at first, but after a couple of times, we found it a nice alternative. We would just have foreplay for a hour or so. And there's no expectation, and you get so so horny, and learn a lot about each other. Lots of laughter and talking. Don't worry so much, it's just sex!

    Control
    Hi,
You didn't say how old you are or him...
Without that info, I am guessing you are young.
Try putting him at ease, not forcing anything, make him comfortable and feel he is under no pressure.
Don't use any "negative" words like, "Why can't you get it up???" etc.
Be slow with him, and encouraging, whispering nice things in his ear, telling him how much you like him; even kiss his ear, his ear lobe; that usually turns on anybody!
Kiss his neck, while you gently caress his private parts, after he feels comfortable.
    Best of luck,
    fredg
