How do I know if someone using my name to travel abroad ? I applied on a promotion for entertainer in japan.. The agency is here in manila named charttreus promotion.. I don't remember the exact agency . I had a manager , my all documents are in her hands . I quit the promotion because I failed the performance to have a visa as doing ballet . My manager didn't back my documents she said that she paid for it . And I think she using my name or my documents to her other talents . How do I know if she does it ?

exactly what documents did they not return? They should not have any original documents like passport or visa. Also, merely using a name, may not even be illegal unless they are using the same bio and background.

You can hire a PI in that area to investigate and find out, what they are doing.

Right now, all you have is an idea, that they may, no proof or no evidence of any kind.
