I am 31 years old. I am not on any birth control. I last had sex over four years ago. For the past 6 month I noticed that a few hours after masturbating and having an orgasm I discharge a blob of mucus mixed with some blood. It has no odor and the blob of mucus is about the size of a small coin. I do not continue to bleed or to discharge anything after this discharge. I don't insert anything into my vagina, I just squeeze my legs and I get an orgasm. When I first noticed this bloody mucus I went for a Pap smear and my results were normal. I have no abdominal pain after the orgasm.

You don't rub your clitoris or anywhere else with your fingers?
It's pretty common to secrete viscous or watery fluids from the vagina or the bartholin's glands, but I am not sure why you would have blood. Could be a cyst, could be just that you have very delicate tissues, could be the way you rub (if you do), or you have something on your hands that your genitals are sensitive/allergic to, lotion or soap, perhaps.

You might want to see a doctor and bring some (fresh) in a cup.
