My period was 22 days apart and a week early. I always have really bad heartburn and I urine up to 20 times a day. Now have light cramps here and there. Am I pregnant?

Are you even late for your period yet? Like at least 2 weeks late? Have you taken a home pregnancy test yet?

The first manifestation of pregnancy is a missed period. While you might be pregnant (assuming you have had intercourse since your last period), it is too early for the symptoms you cite to be due to a pregnancy.

Besides being a week earlier than usual, was your period different in how long it lasted or the amount of bleeding?
