My town recently had water shortage due a burst main line.
My geyser drained and led to burnt out element.
I installed a non-return valve between the latco valve and the geyser.

Now I battle with geyser not always filling up.
The non-return valve direction is correct.
Will it be safe to conclude that the latco valve is packing up.
