I seem to have a brown/black spot on my scrotum. It's completely flat and is more like a mole than an actual spot. Is this a sign of anything? Should I go to the Dcotors about it? After some swift googleing, all I could find was angiokeratoma of Fordyce, and it defiantly doesn't look like that. Any help would be appreciated.[

Could be something worse, like a melanoma. Have a dermatologist look at it.
