I wanted to install a Honeywell smart thermostat but do not have a C wire. My so called "terminal board" is four wires (Gray/Green/White/Red) connected to a thin wire running up my wall. There are four wires on that (Orange/Brown/Black/Blue) not being used. There is a jumper in my current thermostat on the RC/C. My wiring looks like a monkey put it together. Is there somebody who can help me or should I just take the product back.

Yea, monkey's are just terrible at wiring. I have seen there work. I might be able to help you if you could post pics of the old stat wiring and in the furnace where the stat wires land. We should be able to make this work.
