Can I replace inside of toilet tank
No water flowing into the toilet - incoming cold supply is clear, no water flowing through small pipe to refill tube is clear, so the blockage is between the two... how can I fix this - cannot dismantle...

Does that mean there there is no water coming into the toilet tank?

Does that mean the incoming supply line between the stop valve and the toilet tank is clear or does it mean the little black (usually) tube between the fill valve and the overflow pipe is clear?

Again do you mean the little black tube between the fill valve and overflow pipe?

What is it that you can not dismantle and why not?

Which type of fill valve do you have?
