I'm having mild cramps at the bottom of my stomach also the top and sometimes the sides of my stomach . Every time I eat I feel like I'm about to throw up but it never comes up. Are those pregnancy signs?

The only way to know for sure is to take pregnancy
Test but yes those are some symptoms that come with pregnancy. Also could be something you ate that upset stomach

Those can be symptoms of pregnancy, but they don't indicate pregnancy.

The first symptom of pregnancy is a missed period. Have you missed a period?

The symptoms you described sound more like flu symptoms, or indigestion. Sadly, many symptoms that can be contributed to pregnancy are also symptoms of many other things. That's why pregnancy cannot be diagnosed by symptoms alone.
