I spotted on October on the 3rd. On October 4th I had a full period and on the October 5th through 7th spotting again which ended on the 7th. I started having severe stomach cramp and spotting on the 13th and 14th. Also alone with that nausea,dull headache,running nose,pain in my breast, aching in the groin area. My partner think I'm pregnant but I had a tubal ligation done 13 years ago. I don't want to take a pregnant test cause I know I couldn't be pregnant. Is there any other reason why I could be having these symptoms...

If you had a tubal and are having symptoms as you describe, we cant diagnose on line, suggest you make a visit to your doctor to be properly diagnosed.

It is not common, but pregnancy does sometimes happen after a tubal, even years later. There certainly can be a number of other possible reasons however for the irregular bleeding. Simply fighting an illness might account for what you are feeling as well. As tickle suggested, best to see your doctor to see if a reason can be found.
