I am being evicted live in Palm Springs, CA. 92264, and I am mentally disabled and also a victim of crime from my employer. The problem is I live in a mobile Home part and Due the Park Owners employees have been attacking me verbally and shown aggression towards me for no reason I can think of. Due to being attacked verbally, slander, difamation of character, hate, disclosing personal information to voluters in office at Ramon Mobile Home Park cause me great stress to the point could not fuctiion properly to obtain finances in a timely matter which has caused me to be 2.5 months behind mat a total Of Z$1,577. And my home has been damaged by two trees and one is still standing and both are or where two stories tall. Tthat tthat fell missing me in the kitchen by 4 feet but hit the trailer cause damge whi chic would help in repairs. And now I have bigger with another which Is very dangerous due the parks employees cutting major root about approx. 18" to 24" in diameter. I have seen in a very strong wind and so did the people watching it start to uproot.

First - I'm sorry for all these problems.
But 1 - you can't use any disability as an excuse for not paying rent.
2 - You can't use the way the staff are treating you either. You deal with it, or move out, or avoid them, send the owners complaints in writing, or talk to a lawyer or tenant's rights group.
3 - When the tree fell on the trailer, and if the management didn't do repairs, you put that complaint in writing. You still can't withhold rent, but you can give it to a lawyer to hold in escrow.
4 - It is almost impossible to sue for defamation and slander. There might be a complaint with the ADA, but it may take about 2 years, and won't get money.

If you are on disability, your monthly check goes into a bank account. How is that you couldn't pay your rent for so long? Going to the bank to take out cash is never a good idea. You really need a check book and a checking account, or arrange direct deposit to the landlord each month.
