    Restarting a Craftsman mower
I have a Craftsman mower #917.370431 that starts easily but not when it is idle for more than 5 minutes. It will restart easily within 5 minutes. After that I will then have to wait an hour or more for it to cool down enough to restart easily.
The engine does not have a primer to inject some fuel into the carb. To increase the fuel/air mixture. The choke most likely is probably in the half way position.
Is there any way I can remedy this without waiting the hour for the choke to close?

    Sincerely
    Rudy

If it's a auto choke ,could be the spring on the choke
Pull off breather and housing , u should be able to see all then.

Thanks for the suggestion. I hope there will be a way to adjust the tension on the spring. I'll soon find out.
    Thanks
