Hello I have been trying to conceive now for over a year with irregular periods it is much harder do any of you know what can make my regular again thank in advance

It can depend on the cause of the irregular periods. Sometimes being on birth control pills for a short duration will help to regulate them. Some women prefer to use herbal supplements, such as Vitex, to help regulate cycles.

Pregnancy can be achieved with irregular cycles as long as you are ovulating during those cycles as well. Certainly with fewer ovulatory cycles, the chance for pregnancy lessens and it can take longer.

I'd set an appointment with your gyn to discuss, and perhaps test, for possible reasons for the irregular cycles. Then a determination can be made as to what may best help you.
