Live in GA work in TX
    Hello there, Need some advise
I live in Georgia and my S-Corp is also in Georgia. I am the only employee in my S-Corp. At the end of 2013, I started a traveling job in TX. I work 4days(Mon-Thu) in TX and 1 day(Fri) from Home.
I pay myself salary very month. I have been paying this salary as GA resident. Full GA state income tax paid.

Is there a way to take advantage of TX no state income tax? Really appreciate your advise.

You cannot take advantage of the no state tax in Texas until you actually MOVED to Texas. As long as you are based in Georgia, you must pay full GA taxes on your income irrespective of where you earn it.

If the money that your S Corp earns is from GA sources, then you must pay GA income tax on it. So one way to avoid GA taxes is to move to TX, relocate your company there, and be done with GA.
