HOA Repair &; Replacement Reserve Studies calculations
Our Homeowners Association contracts for the conduct of a Repair & Replacement Reserve Study wherefrom an annual amount is determined to be placed in a reserve account to cover future repair & replacement costs. The determination of this amount is calculated from such elements as original item replacement costs in today's dollars, projected remaining life, expected interest accruals on existing and future reserve funds, expected inflation on replacement costs, etc.
