    Don't want any visitation
I have a sixteen year old and his bio dad filed court papers asking for visitation however my sixteen year old doesn't want to anything to do with him, my sixteen even wants his name changed because he's a jr. but what do I do to help my kid or should I say to the court to get my kid point across ?

You should have course be using an attorney, and you want to have your sixteenyear old testify in court as to what they want. Normally the court will take into consideration what the teen wants.

I am curious as to why the teen does not want to see his bio-dad. But, if for good reasons, hire an attorney and go to court. If the reasons are sound, there's a good chance the court will not grant visitation. You could probably combine the visitation and name change into one action, depending on where you live.
