I stopped taking my birth control the day of my period and haven't taken it for 2 weeks and I had unprotected sex, could I be pregnant?

Well yeah, that's kind of the way it works.

It's possible. Some women will get pregnant right away after stopping birth control pills. Others will find that it takes many months.

Are you now trying to conceive?

You can of course get pregnant, while taking the birth control pills... even taken properly, they are not 100 percent effective.

But yes, when you stop taking them, your chances increase

UH, YEAH!. your doctor would have told you this when they precribed them to you if you were listening... and its also specifically written on the directions for most of the Birth COntrol pills I've seen the last 30 years.
