Hello. I had sex for the first time in 15/09 and my period is 2 weeks late. I always had irregular periods(sometimes I had my period once in 2 month, other times I had 2 periods in one month) but now I'm freaking out. We used protection and I took three pregnancy test- all negative. I also want to mention that I moved from home in another country for University and was a stressful period with a lot of changes. Do you think I might be pregnant? I should see a doctor? Thank you and please help me.

If you have taken a test recently, and received a negative result, odds are that you are not pregnant. With having irregular periods to start with, and then adding the stress of such a big move for university, it is more likely that those two reasons are the cause of not having a period.

You could try a pregnancy test weekly, for a few more weeks, if you wanted to just for the peace of mind. Otherwise just wait until next month and see what happens with your period. Again, while pregnancy will always be a possibility, even with protection, in your situation it is unlikely the cause for a lack of a period.

Moving, new university, stess and new sex, can all cause a late period. Also, you admit, you are sometimes late, and even miss a month (not uncommon)

So, are you testing, first thing in the morning, as soon as you wake up? For best results.

But, I would just wait another two week and see period is just really late. And if that one does not come, see your doctor.
