I had a seven year relationship with a guy. We went everywhere together and were very close. I broke it off over three years ago and had to sue him for monies he owed me, for which I lost. He still owes the money. Unfortunately, he lives two blocks away and I am always "running into him" and he offers to take me out against, etc. I want no part of it and have told him repeatedly.Should I get a Restraining Order ? Please advise. Thanks.

If you think the situation warrants a restraining order, but he is not harming you right? Then do it but he only lives two blocks away so how do you avoid that even if you do get one.

Ignore him every time. When you're walking gthrough the streets, just pretend you are not seeing anyone around you. Put handsfree on too so that you don't listen to anything and unintentionally react to it. And the best solution is to move out, rent out your place and go live on rent somewhere else. If you're already a tenant, its even easier to move.
