Stomach and thigh loss (am I too young?)
I'm 13 and I have a good weight. I'm 5'3' and I weigh 100-102 pounds. Well, I think that's an OK weight. I want to weigh 90-95 pounds. But the weight isn't my problem. I want to loose inches around my stomach and thighs. Mostly my stomach. I found one way. I was really sick and threw up 15 times. I got a wicked flat stomach but I'm not going to do that everyday. I try to eat healthy, I really do. But it's so hard when you're a kid. I try to exercise too but that doesn't work especially when there's fat covering the muscle. Am I too young anyway? Any suggestions? Thanks.
