I had about 13 drinks between 2pm Friday and 3 am Saturday. I have an ETG test Tuesday at 3 pm. I have a fast metabolism and am 5'8 140. Will I pass the test?

72 hours is iffy, particularly with the EtOH load. If you do pass, reconsider your practices, the next time may be 48 hrs.
