I changed one of the passing lamp bulbs on my 1999 heritage softail about 2-3 weeks ago, & when I went to go for a ride both the left and right bulbs are not working. I checked the on/off switch on the rear of the forks, & when I turns them back on I see that one of the fuses located under the seat rattle. Would you say that the fuse needs replaced? I checked both bulbs, and they look like they are still in good shape.
