    Relinquishing Parental Rights
Where can I find paperwork for a parent to relinquish his parental rights?

Are you the parent wanting to relinguish your "rights" or are you the parent wanting to take away someone's rights ?

In general unless this is for a step parent or partner to adopt, you know giving away rights does not stop child support, so after giving up the rights they still have to pay child support.

Normally this is very serious and I would always advice using an attorney.

Also the filing will be state pacific

    Hello!

I had a court date today with my ex husband regarding the child support he NEVER pays, and at the end of the LONG day he told me he has been in contact with his attorney and is in the process of relinguishing his rights with our daughters. I think it is absolutely terrible for someone to even look into something like that, you are a parent for life for gods sake, these so called parents should think about their children and how they will feel when they hear their parent doesn't want to be their parent anymore. What goes through their heads? What is it that makes them feel this way?

Not sure why he even wants to, because even if it gives up his rights, he still has to pay every penny of the child support, the only way he is out of paying is if there is a step parent ( or life partner) that will adopt
