Hi can anyone take a guess as to what this name might be? It appears to start with an H and his surname seems to end with a Z. We think the word above it is Istanbul. It is a water colour painting and have included a picture of that in case it helps. Also some writing that appears on the other side of the picture. Any thoughts, ideas or suggestions are welcomed. The writing on the right looks like it might contain the word 'rue' (French for road, street, etc) Perhaps it is explaining what street the painting is supposed to be - I'm getting... rue d'orient(?) not sure...
