When you say he is the benificiary of the house , what are you referring to,

If as part of the trust he is suppose to be able to live there? Who is to get the benefit of the trust and what are your duties to the trust ?

Depends on what your duties are as Trustee. Are there any other beneficiaries? How old is the Trust? Are all of the bills that need to be paid by the Trust taken care of? If there are no other beneficiaries and everything in the Trust has been settled, you might consider Quit Claiming the house to the beneficiary and getting on with your life.
