Once/ month around the same time, a week before my period. I bloat like crat and have a pressure feeling in my lower abdominal area. The pain almost feels like the pressure of needing to urinate but when I do the pain doesn't go away. The feeling only lasts for about an hour and happens only once/ month around the same time. Is that ovulation pain?

I doubt it, but it's anyone's guess.
More likely it's pressure on any of countless nerve branches because you are bloated.
I've felt chronic (35+ years!) sensation of having to urinate on the left side of my bladder because of a sacral nerve.
